Select Health was created with a mission to help every patient live their best life through a personalized approach that puts people—not insurance—first. We offer a wide range of services designed to optimize wellness inside and out, including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, aesthetic treatments, and IV hydration.

Meet Lena Gokey, APRN, NP-C

Founder & Clinical Director, Select Health

Lena Gokey began her nursing career in 2004 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, where she worked as a neonatal nurse caring for the most vulnerable patients. Her passion for women’s health then led her to labor and delivery, where she supported mothers through one of life’s most important transitions. 

Lena earned her Advanced Practice Nursing degree from Western Kentucky University in 2012 with a focus on family health and wellness. Since then, she has remained committed to both practice and education, serving as a part-time clinical nursing instructor at WKU for over 14 years. 

In 2019, Lena completed advanced training in medical weight management and facial aesthetics through the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, further expanding her ability to provide cutting-edge care to her patients. 

In May 2020, Lena made a lifelong dream come true by founding Select Health LLC. Her vision was to create a space where medicine meets aesthetics, where health and beauty are treated as partners—not opposites. Select Health brings together medical care, aesthetics, weight loss, and IV therapy under one roof, offering a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to wellness.
